Salary: $77,000 – $85,000

What you will do

• Build and own relationships with prospective VIP players to drive growth of the premier engagement program.
• Implement acquisition strategies to onboard and engage new high-value users from day one.
• Analyze player activity data and feedback to drive concrete platform improvements and growth opportunities.
• Organize local events and maintain regular communication to build lasting customer loyalty.
• Manage the full player relationship, including resolving escalations and applying responsible gaming policies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (sales, account management, or high-touch service).
• Ability to take initiative and follow through to a result independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for building rapport.
• Ability to use data and trends to drive decision-making.
• Ability to travel within assigned state and work nights and weekends around sports games and events.

• Corporate-level account management experience.
• Experience in the sports, gaming, or entertainment industry.
