Ads & Promotions Operations Specialist (AdTech)

Location: Eligible to work in the EU or Israel

hirify.global is a local commerce and delivery technology platform building a retail media ecosystem across 23 countries.

What you will do

• Set up and launch advertising and promotions campaigns with accurate tracking and delivery monitoring.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze results, and identify optimization opportunities through performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Troubleshoot technical issues affecting ad delivery and performance with technical teams.
• Work with the BI team to develop and maintain advertising reporting dashboards.
• Improve ad operations processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in ad operations, ad trafficking, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of ad-serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager, AppsFlyer, Facebook Ads Manager, or Amazon Advertising.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Eligibility to work in the EU or Israel is required.

Nice to have

• SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
