Associate, OOH - Trading, UK

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid, with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Input outdoor advertising campaigns into the Aureus system.
• Assist with optioning and booking campaigns across client accounts.
• Maintain internal databases and provide general campaign support during and after campaigns.
• Map campaign locations using online tools and develop knowledge of a specific media market area.
• Build relationships with media owners and internal agency planning teams.
• Create weekly updates, share media owner information, and escalate campaign challenges when required.

Requirements

• Highly organised, efficient, proactive, and able to multitask and prioritise.
• Resilience and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong teamwork, relationship-building, attention to detail, and numerical skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn new IT systems and online tools quickly.
• Good written English and the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Interest in or developing knowledge of the out-of-home advertising sector.
• Industry knowledge gained through seminars, events, media owner presentations, or internal training.
