Account Manager, Social (Paid Social)

Location: London, United Kingdom; UK-based role with hybrid office attendance around four days a week. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Develop paid social media plans aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
• Set up, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social platforms.
• Perform quality assurance checks and use advanced features such as bid rules and third-party tools.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and end-of-campaign reports with actionable performance analysis.
• Act as a social media contact for clients and partners, supporting presentations and identifying testing opportunities.
• Support workload management, mentoring, recruitment, agency finance processes, and collaboration with planning and channel teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing or an agency environment with client or external stakeholder management.
• Extensive experience setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns across major social platforms.
• Experience planning large-scale campaigns for brand and direct-response objectives.
• Experience producing detailed campaign reports and client review presentations.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, and client communication skills.
• Some experience managing, mentoring, or training team members in paid social.

• Meta Blueprint or similar training certifications.
