What you will do

• Own end-to-end mechanical design of missile structures and subsystems.
• Manage mechanical interfaces across propulsion, GNC, avionics, and payload teams.
• Conduct formal design reviews and assess alternative engineering solutions.
• Generate and maintain interface control documents and configuration baselines.
• Coordinate subcontracted mechanical work and review deliverables for quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelors' degree or higher in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in complex mechanical systems within aerospace, UAV, or defence industries.
• Proficiency in CAD and peripheral configuration management systems.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as a condition of employment.
• Willingness to relocate to Riga.
