Mechanical Design Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Willingness to relocate to Riga required

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end mechanical design of missile structures and subsystems.
• Define functional and mechanical interfaces across propulsion, GNC, avionics, and payload systems.
• Conduct formal design reviews and evaluate alternative technical solutions.
• Generate and maintain interface control documents and configuration baselines throughout the product life cycle.
• Coordinate subcontracted mechanical work and review deliverables against specifications and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience designing complex mechanical systems in aerospace, UAV, defence, space, or related industries.
• Proficiency in CAD and peripheral configuration management systems.
• Solution-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and close attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate to Riga.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as a condition of employment.
