What you will do

• Own the local product strategy for Australia, influencing global priorities through market insights and commercial opportunities.
• Analyze sophisticated trader and institutional workflows to identify product gaps and improve adoption and retention.
• Translate complex customer requirements into clear business cases and feature proposals for global Product and Engineering teams.
• Drive the end-to-end local management of product launches, including GTM planning and internal enablement.
• Develop product positioning and educational content to help customers realize the value of the OKX ecosystem.
• Lead the local Product & Strategy function, mentoring team members and setting priorities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Strategy, PM, or Solutions Consulting within crypto, fintech, or capital markets.
• Deep expertise in crypto and financial markets, specifically trading products and institutional workflows.
• Proven ability to translate complex needs into practical product solutions and compelling business cases.
• Strong ability to influence roadmaps and stakeholders without direct authority over technical delivery.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with executives, technical stakeholders, and sophisticated traders.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia
