What you will do

• Deliver new features and enhancements for consumer trading initiatives.
• Prototype product experiences using AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and manage the product roadmap.
• Define detailed product requirements and perform User Acceptance Testing.
• Ensure business continuity by working closely with Finance and Operations teams.
• Evangelize analytics and experimentation to foster a data-driven organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Prior crypto, trading, or banking experience is required.
• Strong product sense with a keen eye for UX and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data gathering and quantitative analysis using SQL and visualization tools.
• Hands-on experience prototyping with AI tools to test and validate ideas.
• Deep understanding of the retail trading landscape and user behavior.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling subscription products including pricing strategy and churn management.
• Proven ability to drive product-led growth through activation and retention loops.
