What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for core trading flows, including order types, margin, and liquidation.
• Define technical requirements and calculation specifications for risk controls and PnL systems.
• Build and iterate on trader-facing dashboards and trading analytics tools.
• Improve trading activation, retention, and advanced feature adoption through data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, risk, and compliance teams to ensure product quality.
• Support incident reviews to enhance trading reliability and platform transparency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Must be based in Ukraine.
• Proven experience in crypto exchanges, brokerage, fintech, or trading platforms.
• Strong understanding of order books, matching engines, liquidity, and margin mechanics.
• Experience with analytics dashboards, APIs, and event tracking.
• Ability to write clear, detailed product and calculation requirements.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of authentication systems.
• Experience with payments or balance operations.
