What you will do

• Define and drive the product strategy for embedded and first-party lending capabilities.
• Lead high-impact initiatives across origination, underwriting, servicing, repayment, and portfolio optimization.
• Identify market opportunities and translate them into multi-quarter roadmaps and execution plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, credit risk, legal, and finance leaders to align on strategy and deliver outcomes.
• Develop scalable product frameworks and operating models for global market expansion.
• Mentor other product managers to raise the standard of product craft and strategic thinking.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, with substantial PM experience in fintech, lending, or complex regulated domains.
• Proven track record of leading ambiguous product areas from strategy through to measurable business impact.
• Deep experience building and scaling lending, credit, or embedded finance products.
• Strong commercial and analytical judgment to balance customer needs and risk considerations.
• Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• Bachelor's degree or higher with strong academic achievement.

• Experience across both embedded and first-party lending products.
• Knowledge of credit risk, underwriting models, and funding partnerships.
• Understanding of SME banking and lending regulations in global markets.
