What you will do
- Define and own the product strategy, solution design, and roadmap for FX, Liquidity, and Stablecoin platforms.
- Oversee the financial platform infrastructure, including the ledger, wallet experience, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
- Partner with engineering and design to build scalable features across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with commercial, legal, and finance teams to navigate regulatory complexity and deliver intuitive products.
- Drive the expansion of financial markets into new verticals and validate new product propositions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of e-trading, eFX, and trading technology.
- Ability to structure complex problems and inform decisions using data and first-principle insights.
- Excellent communication skills to convey strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Must be based in San Francisco, Singapore, Melbourne, or Sydney.
