Salary: $168,000 - $240,000 base

What you will do

• Lead the development of product features and experiences to increase user activation and engagement.
• Define and execute a strategic roadmap to improve key growth metrics across the funnel.
• Conduct data-driven experiments to optimize the first 30-day user experience.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and analytics teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Own the overall product quality and deliver best-in-class user experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of taking products from ideation to launch.
• Experience with retail-focused products.
• Proficiency in usability testing, gathering user analytics, and collaborating with design teams.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects with concurrent timelines through effective prioritization.
• Must be based in New York, NY for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries, FinTech, cryptocurrency, or retail banking.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency exchanges or trading platforms.
