What you will do

• Coordinate and execute application testing activities, including planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Identify, document, and prioritize software defects, ensuring timely escalation to technical teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) campaigns and validate delivered fixes and enhancements.
• Analyze root causes of recurring application incidents and maintain knowledge repositories.
• Manage change requests to ensure alignment with approved business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve functional issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Application Support Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with software testing, defect management, and UAT.
• Strong understanding of incident management and change request processes.
• Fluency in English.
• Previous experience within public sector or European Institution environments is an asset.
