MES Business Analyst F/M/X (Life Sciences)

Location: Brussels, Belgium; willingness to be based in Brussels is required.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from manufacturing and quality stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for MES solutions.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of production execution, batch tracking, and electronic batch record systems.
• Collaborate with IT, production, and quality assurance teams to align systems with operational needs.
• Participate in GxP and CSV validation activities, including FAT, SAT, and UAT testing and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing processes through digital solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or MES Functional Consultant.
• Good understanding of MES systems and manufacturing processes in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of GxP and Computer System Validation (CSV).
• Fluent French and English are mandatory.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a production-driven environment.
