What you will do

• Ideate, plan, and execute in-person event marketing strategies for ultra-high net worth clients.
• Develop integrated marketing plans to enhance client experience before, during, and after events.
• Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including social media, content, and wealth solutions to align with business objectives.
• Analyze event performance and commercial outcomes to provide actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
• Ensure all event activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of professional experience in marketing or event management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure.
• Highly organized with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Must be willing to travel as required by the role.
