What you will do

• Support customers’ roadmap enablement by responding to inquiries and identifying local opportunities.
• Collect and communicate technical requirements and support feasibility assessments for new products.
• Manage internal stakeholder alignment and contribute to technical roadmap meetings.
• Assist business development by demonstrating product performance and supporting negotiations.
• Represent the voice of customers in discussions with business lines and senior management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting technical requirements and monitoring installed base performance.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Hsinchu, Taiwan
• Master’s degree in a technical subject or equivalent experience; business or commercial education is optional.
• Experience in technical engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Understanding of hirify.global’s core processes and ability to optimize them.
• Experience interacting with key stakeholders across customers and within hirify.global.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology as per United States Export Administration Regulations is required.
