What you will do

• Lead and manage Process Engineering activities to optimize repeatability, reliability, yield, and productivity.
• Oversee new product introductions (NPI), package transfers, and capacity expansion projects to ensure high-volume production readiness.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers in executing process validation activities and OQ/PQ protocols.
• Monitor performance using SPC, process capability analysis, and quality improvement methodologies.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA), 8D investigations, and corrective action implementation for quality issues.
• Maintain critical process documentation, including DFMEA, PFMEA, and Control Plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, specifically in Assembly and Test Operations.
• Proven experience leading and managing Process Engineering teams.
• Expertise in SPC, FMEA, RCA, 8D, and process capability tools.
• Knowledge of backend processes such as Plating, Mold, Trim & Form, Singulation, and Test.
• Strong skills in NPI, process optimization, and project management.
