What you will do

• Manage new product introduction and sustaining within the product lifecycle framework.
• Execute engineering change orders for product improvements and reliability fixes.
• Develop and execute system-level test plans for validation and characterization.
• Lead root cause investigations for complex performance and reliability issues.
• Provide hands-on field escalation support, including international travel for critical issue resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and service teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Mechanical, Electrical, Optical, or Systems Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment or complex high-tech systems.
• Strong system-level engineering capability across multi-disciplinary subsystems.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30–50% for customer engagements.
• Proven experience in root cause analysis, system integration, and test plan execution.
• Ability to work hands-on in lab and field environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with semiconductor capital equipment.
• Knowledge of PLC processes and stage-gate development.
• Background in supporting field escalations or customer-facing engineering.
