Manufacturing Engineer

What you will do

• Lead and execute production improvement projects.
• Analyze OEE and statistical data to identify and resolve abnormal production situations.
• Evaluate standard work hours, material consumption, and overall productivity during new production trials.
• Establish and modify production department systems.
• Promote and implement lean production methodologies.
• Participate in QCC teams and manage non-conformance (NC) handling and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Office.
• Must be based in or able to work in Suzhou.
