What you will do
- Drive production improvement projects and analyze OEE data to identify abnormal situations and define improvement actions.
- Participate in trials for new production processes, evaluating standard work hours, material consumption, productivity, and related metrics.
- Establish and modify production department systems.
- Support lean production initiatives.
- Participate in the QCC team and follow up on nonconformity handling and defined actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Good team spirit and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- Fluent verbal and written English.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.

- Manufacturing work experience.
