Production Engineering Specialist (Automation)

What you will do

• Optimize assembly methods, production processes, equipment, cycle times, materials, and components to support production targets.
• Define working sequences for new production processes to meet product cost and equipment investment budgets.
• Identify and lead improvement projects while maintaining timeframe, quality, cost, and project requirements.
• Approve internally and externally developed process designs and perform final project-related tests.
• Support process and equipment start-up, including action plans and training for maintenance and production personnel.
• Develop equipment plans and technical schemes covering process, layout, mechanical, electrical, and IT structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in lean production, process optimization, or new product and process development.
• Experience designing and leading automation lines, planning and developing equipment, and conducting technical evaluations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and PFMEA tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, change-management, detail-orientation, and deadline-management skills.

• Experience with ACB and MCCB products.
