HR Business Partner (Employee Relations)

Location: Must be based in or relocate to Memphis, TN. This is an onsite position.

What you will do

• Manage employee relations, inquiries, and performance management processes.
• Partner with leadership on workforce analytics, organizational optimization, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with HR functional experts to shape and implement company-wide programs.
• Facilitate internal transfers, promotions, and exit interviews to support retention.
• Create, document, and implement human resources policies and processes.
• Maintain employee files and ensure strict confidentiality across all HR transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2+ years of human resources experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible asylee/refugee due to ITAR regulations.
• Must be local to Memphis, TN or willing to relocate.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in engineering, production, or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse, UltiPro, or Workday.
• Experience independently handling complex employee relations issues.
