People Partner (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; office-centric hybrid schedule with in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Wednesdays may be worked from home; Friday flexibility depends on the role and partner teams.

Salary: $176,000–$200,000 base salary per year, plus potential equity, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and implement department-level talent strategy initiatives aligned with business outcomes.
• Identify root causes in complex organizational situations and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Develop scalable change-management strategies, plan contingencies, and communicate organizational vision.
• Advise functional leaders on complex people matters and help strengthen their leadership capabilities.
• Interpret people data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable decisions while promoting data-driven practices.
• Participate in headcount and strategic planning forums as the people representative.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of HR experience, including work as a strategic HR Business Partner or organizational consultant.
• Experience navigating large-scale organizational change and influencing without direct authority.
• Ability to communicate with senior and C-suite stakeholders and analyze complex data.
• Experience managing large, complex projects across functional and regional boundaries with minimal direction.
• Analytical mindset with attention to identifying and mitigating bias in data and decision-making.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies and willingness to apply them to productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
