Senior Director, People Business Partner (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Florham Park, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $188,000–$315,800 per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Partner strategically with the Global Chief Revenue Officer and Sales Leadership team on business and People priorities.
• Lead a team of People Business Partners supporting commercial client groups.
• Design organizational structures, roles, and talent management strategies aligned with changing business needs.
• Use people analytics, complex data, and AI tools including Microsoft 365 Copilot to generate insights and improve workforce decisions.
• Advise and coach leaders on organizational development, change leadership, performance management, succession planning, and compensation planning.
• Lead cross-functional People projects and manage complex employee relations matters.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in a Senior Business Partner role, including at least 10 years in leadership.
• Experience working in a global matrix organization and managing complex employee relations cases.
• Human Resources certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI.
• Experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness and design, change management, coaching, and leadership development.
• Strong business judgment, data analysis, communication, emotional intelligence, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills; experience with Workday is preferred.

• Experience using Workday HRIS.
• Demonstrated ability to lead responsible adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.
