What you will do

• Lead delivery of MiraCloud implementation programs, ensuring scope, quality, and timeline targets are met.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders to ensure customer success.
• Establish and scale the project management practice, delivery governance, and implementation standards.
• Coach and develop Project Managers, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor delivery performance, resource utilization, and profitability.
• Represent MiraCloud in executive-level customer reviews and delivery escalations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in IT Delivery, Professional Services, or Program Management.
• Proven track record of leading PMO teams or implementation organizations.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale customer transformations or managed services.
• Background in CX, Contact Center, CCaaS, or SaaS environments.
• Strong executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Existing authorization to work in the United States.
