Engagement Lead IGA (Cybersecurity): Leading the delivery of enterprise Identity Governance and Administration implementations across the UK with an accent on stakeholder management and project governance. Focus on managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment and ensuring high-quality security outcomes.

Location: Remote / Hybrid (2-3 days in office), Must be based in the UK

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Identity Governance (IGA) implementations.
• Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements across the UK.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Develop project plans, delivery schedules, RAID logs, and status reporting.
• Coordinate internal consultants, architects, business analysts, and technical teams.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive status reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise IAM/IGA projects.
• Experience delivering UK enterprise IAM/IGA implementations.
• Strong knowledge of IGA concepts, including Identity Lifecycle Management, RBAC, SoD, and Provisioning.
• Experience working within consulting or professional services organizations.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.

Nice to have

• SailPoint and/or CyberArk certifications.
• Experience with regulated industries (manufacturing, retail, utilities, financial services, or healthcare).
