What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of large AMS opportunities, including solutioning, win strategy, and RFP responses for multi-year deals.
• Drive AMS growth across Europe by acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding existing accounts.
• Build and scale global delivery capabilities across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams.
• Define next-generation AMS offerings and lead innovation initiatives involving AI and automation.
• Collaborate with global sales and industry verticals to evangelize AMS capabilities and mentor distributed teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in IT services, with 10+ years in AMS leadership or large deal management.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering multi-year transformation programs exceeding $15M annually.
• Deep expertise in AMS operating models, commercial constructs, and global delivery models.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, and Cloud ecosystems.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Must be based in Germany and willing to travel across Europe.
