What you will do

• Establish and lead the Football PMO, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into successful execution.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Project, Programme, and Technology Delivery Managers.
• Own the prioritization, governance, and health of the entire Football delivery portfolio.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure deliverable, well-planned solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, tools, and organizational effectiveness.
• Maintain executive ownership of major, business-critical programs from concept through deployment.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience within sports technology, enterprise technology, or complex operational environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs at scale.
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing delivery teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from London/Basingstoke, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience within sports data or officiating technology.
• Broad understanding of end-to-end technology delivery from product development to operational deployment.
• Knowledge of cross-functional business operations including Finance, Procurement, and Engineering.
