What you will do

• Configure and optimize HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs, including CRM architecture and system logic.
• Build and manage complex workflows, automations, pipelines, and reporting dashboards.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from discovery and strategic planning to deployment and go-live support.
• Execute precise data mapping, imports, and validation during CRM migration processes.
• Conduct client onboarding and training sessions to ensure platform adoption and best practice adherence.
• Diagnose and resolve platform integration issues and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
• Expertise in CRM architecture, automation, and pipeline management.
• Experience with data migration and system integrations.
• Professional written and spoken English proficiency.
• Must be based in Costa Rica, Colombia, Belize, Nicaragua, or Guatemala.
• Ability to work during U.S. Business Hours.

Nice to have

• Active HubSpot Certifications.
• Experience with HubSpot CMS.
