What you will do

• Lead projects end-to-end, covering definition, design, implementation, development, and training.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify and develop new business processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and automation.
• Provide day-to-day operational support, including troubleshooting and data fixes for users.
• Support global business applications and Sales tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce implementer.
• Must be based in Serbia, Poland, Romania, or Moldova.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking to understand complex sales processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to work as an individual contributor and a team player.

Nice to have

• BSc in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or another business-oriented field.
• Experience with NetSuite, Workato, Outreach, and HubSpot.
• A passion for sports.
