HubSpot CRM Administrator (HubSpot): Managing and optimizing the HubSpot CRM system to ensure data integrity and support cross-functional teams with an accent on automation, reporting, and system configuration. Focus on building scalable workflows, maintaining data hygiene, and improving CRM adoption across the organization.

Location: Hybrid (Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines). Employees may occasionally be asked to report onsite if the need arises.

What you will do

  • Own the day-to-day administration and configuration of HubSpot CRM, including user permissions and pipelines.
  • Design and maintain scalable workflows, sequences, automation, and lead scoring models.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement CRM enhancements.
  • Maintain data hygiene and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Train and support users across departments to drive system adoption and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer operations, sales operations, or subscription management.
  • Experience working within a SaaS or recurring revenue environment.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and similar tools such as Salesforce, Maxio, Chargebee, or Zuora.
  • Ability to interpret and track commercial contracts and billing terms.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
