What you will do

• Manage and optimize CRM system usage across multiple teams to improve adoption and efficiency.
• Analyze CRM data to generate actionable insights that support business growth and cross-selling opportunities.
• Build and improve workflows and automation within the CRM to streamline operations.
• Develop internal reporting capabilities, reducing reliance on external tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance CRM performance and usability.
• Act as the main point of contact and provide support for 30–40+ CRM users.

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher required.
• Russian: B2 level or higher required.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (setup, automation, and user support).
• Experience working with Pipedrive.
• Several years of professional experience in a CRM Analyst, Specialist, or Manager role.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actions.

Nice to have

• Experience in the iGaming industry.
• Experience building CRM processes or functions from scratch.
• Based in Warsaw.
