TL;DR

Revenue Operations Specialist (HubSpot/Sales Ops): Building and scaling the operational backbone for outbound broker outreach in the healthcare insurance sector with an accent on data-driven systems, CRM management, and reporting infrastructure. Focus on optimizing outbound sequences, automating workflows, and improving lead qualification processes to transform founder-led motion into a scalable system.

Location: Remote (Any Latin American country). Must be available to work 9 am – 6 pm EST

What you will do

  • Manage the outbound technology stack, including AirCall configuration and HubSpot integration.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track outbound KPIs such as connect, conversation, and meeting set rates.
  • Research and qualify broker prospects to build segmented, high-hygiene lists in HubSpot.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and translate real-world workflows into scalable processes.
  • Optimize outbound sequences across call, email, and LinkedIn cadences.
  • Implement and maintain workflow automations to improve execution quality.

Requirements

  • Experience in outbound operations (Sales Ops, SDR Ops, or RevOps).
  • Strong HubSpot proficiency in reporting, workflows, and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with call tracking tools like AirCall.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Availability to work 9 am – 6 pm EST.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, interruption-driven startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, insurance, or healthcare sectors.
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Apollo, or automation tools like n8n.
  • Experience building AI agents.
  • Early-stage startup experience.
  • SQL or advanced data analysis skills.
