What you will do
- Manage the outbound technology stack, including AirCall configuration and HubSpot integration.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track outbound KPIs such as connect, conversation, and meeting set rates.
- Research and qualify broker prospects to build segmented, high-hygiene lists in HubSpot.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and translate real-world workflows into scalable processes.
- Optimize outbound sequences across call, email, and LinkedIn cadences.
- Implement and maintain workflow automations to improve execution quality.
Requirements
- Experience in outbound operations (Sales Ops, SDR Ops, or RevOps).
- Strong HubSpot proficiency in reporting, workflows, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with call tracking tools like AirCall.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Availability to work 9 am – 6 pm EST.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, interruption-driven startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, insurance, or healthcare sectors.
- Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Apollo, or automation tools like n8n.
- Experience building AI agents.
- Early-stage startup experience.
- SQL or advanced data analysis skills.
