What you will do

• Lead the architectural design of HubSpot instances, including data schema, custom objects, and property mapping.
• Own the strategy and configuration of native integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and NetSuite.
• Optimize revenue engines by building lead scoring, advanced attribution, and automated hand-offs between departments.
• Implement and enforce data governance frameworks and hygiene standards to ensure a single source of truth.
• Conduct technical discovery to map current vs. future state business processes and resolve funnel bottlenecks.
• Build complex RevOps dashboards to demonstrate clear ROI to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience building complex solutions within the HubSpot platform.
• Proven ability to design systems around revenue-driving processes like lead-to-cash, forecasting, and attribution.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex business challenges into automated technical solutions.
• Must be based in the United States.
