What you will do
- Lead large-scale HubSpot implementation projects aligned with client business goals and operational needs.
- Configure and optimize HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, and Data Hubs, including HubSpot AI.
- Analyze current business processes to define future-state workflows and recommend operational improvements.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level stakeholders to drive measurable business impact.
- Guide and mentor CRM Specialists and collaborate cross-functionally to align solutions with business objectives.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience building solutions within the HubSpot platform.
- Must be based in Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, or Venezuela).
- Required certifications: HubSpot Trainer, Marketing Software, Sales Software, Service Hub, and Revenue Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience leading enterprise or large-scale CRM transformation projects.
- Experience supporting cross-functional RevOps, marketing automation, or customer success initiatives.
- Ability to identify and strategically expand growth opportunities within client engagements.
