What you will do

  • Lead large-scale HubSpot implementation projects aligned with client business goals and operational needs.
  • Configure and optimize HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, and Data Hubs, including HubSpot AI.
  • Analyze current business processes to define future-state workflows and recommend operational improvements.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level stakeholders to drive measurable business impact.
  • Guide and mentor CRM Specialists and collaborate cross-functionally to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience building solutions within the HubSpot platform.
  • Must be based in Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, or Venezuela).
  • Required certifications: HubSpot Trainer, Marketing Software, Sales Software, Service Hub, and Revenue Operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading enterprise or large-scale CRM transformation projects.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional RevOps, marketing automation, or customer success initiatives.
  • Ability to identify and strategically expand growth opportunities within client engagements.
