What you will do

• Handle people services and onboarding inquiries from registration through escalation and final resolution.
• Manage employee life cycle transactions and collaborate with team members on daily operations.
• Identify process discrepancies and implement data-driven improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Generate and deliver routine and ad-hoc reports.
• Participate in scoped projects and serve as a buddy or mentor for new team members during onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Work authorization in the United States without employer sponsorship.
