TL;DR

HR Coordinator (HR Operations): Supporting the full employee life cycle and HRIS administration with an accent on onboarding and operational support. Focus on maintaining accurate employee records, resolving inquiries, and implementing company-wide HR programs.

Location: Onsite in Memphis, TN or Palo Alto, CA; relocation is required if not already local to Palo Alto, CA

What you will do

  • Manage full employee life cycle processes, including onboarding and HRIS administration.
  • Support employee relations investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hire programs and HR policy guidance.
  • Maintain accurate electronic employee files and assist with HR reporting and audits.
  • Assist in the documentation and implementation of HR policies and programs.
  • Support recruitment activities and facilitate site-wide events and celebrations.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirements).
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 6+ months of administrative experience (internships qualify).
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends when needed.

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of professional experience in a human resources role.
  • Experience with Workday, Greenhouse, and UltiPro.
  • GPA of 3.5 or higher.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and current HR trends.
