Salary: $57,000–$71,800

What you will do

• Provide HR customer service and consultation on benefits, payroll, and Workday navigation.
• Manage benefit plan administration, including processing life event changes.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, record management, and off-boarding/retirement.
• Conduct daily phone schedules and provide support for HR interviews.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, Specialist, or Associate.
• Hands-on experience processing and administering HR payroll, leave, and benefit programs (including state leaves).
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• HS diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Springfield, MA office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Prior experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday and ServiceNow.
