What you will do

• Prepare and post monthly payroll journal entries with complete supporting documentation.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations for payroll accounts and submit them via Blackline.
• Analyze significant fluctuations in payroll P&L and Balance Sheet accounts.
• Execute SOX control activities to ensure completeness and accuracy of the payroll accounting process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, payroll operations, and finance teams.
• Drive efficiency, simplification, and automation through process standardization projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW).
• 4-5 years of professional working experience in an accounting function.
• Proven experience in General Ledger (GL) accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of SAP.
• Detail-oriented approach and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
