What you will do

• Manage full-spectrum accounting functions including AR, AP, GL, balance sheet reconciliation, and P&L analysis.
• Analyze costs and sales results to provide detailed variance explanations of actual performance.
• Execute month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare comprehensive financial packages.
• Support monthly forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors to ensure local statutory filing and reporting requirements are met.
• Interface with local business stakeholders, Regional Finance in Malaysia, and corporate finance in Montreal.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Professional certification: CPA, ACCA, Ihirify.globalW, or MIA.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and financial management practices.
• Strong technical skills in IFRS and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with ERP accounting software and MS Excel.
