What you will do

• Manage full sets of accounts, including fixed assets, journals, and bank/intercompany reconciliations for entities in Taiwan, Korea, and China.
• Handle accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payments, and employee expense reviews.
• Coordinate tax compliance and filings in collaboration with third-party advisors for multiple regions.
• Oversee company secretarial duties, ensuring Board of Directors and shareholder meetings are filed on time.
• Review and approve payroll and statutory returns.
• Support internal audit teams during site and distributor audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 2 years of professional working experience.
• Chinese language proficiency.
• Must be located in Malaysia.
