What you will do

• Lead architectural design for AI/ML systems, data pipeline infrastructure, search/retrieval, and platform scalability.
• Collaborate with backend, infrastructure, security, and product teams to integrate advanced technologies into core platforms.
• Develop scalable, secure, and performant cloud-native solutions to solve real-world construction industry challenges.
• Drive improvements in DevSecOps, observability, CI/CD, and compliance automation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience in Python, JavaScript, Node.js, C#, or Java.
• Proven track record of designing large-scale system architecture with expertise in cloud-native design.
• Strong experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Deep knowledge of DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD best practices.
• Expertise in API design, microservices patterns, and distributed systems.
• Must be based in Austin, TX.
