Sr. Staff Software Engineer (Agentic AI)

Salary: $145,600–$240,695 base pay annually, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Define hirify.global's enterprise-wide technical strategy and long-term vision for agentic AI across its HCM platform.
• Architect foundational agentic AI frameworks, orchestration patterns, and platform capabilities using Google ADK and other agentic platforms.
• Design advanced multi-agent architectures, including hierarchical systems, swarm intelligence, adversarial networks, and hybrid human-agent workflows.
• Build integrations, strategic tools, APIs, and MCP servers across hirify.global's enterprise ecosystem.
• Establish safety, governance, policy-engine, guardrail, monitoring, observability, incident-response, reliability, and cost-efficiency standards.
• Influence technical direction across teams, mentor senior engineers and engineering managers, and represent hirify.global through publications, conferences, open source, and technology partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years building production-scale agentic AI systems or LLM-powered applications.
• Deep expertise in Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript, with experience setting coding standards and best practices.
• Experience architecting production agents with Google ADK, Anthropic Claude SDK, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar platforms.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, context engineering, ReAct, Chain-of-Thought, constitutional AI, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Experience with GCP, Azure, or AWS and modern DevOps practices, plus the ability to influence architecture and complex initiatives across multiple organizations.
