Location: Must be based in Seoul, South Korea (Hybrid arrangement, working from home 3 days per week)

What you will do

• Develop and execute APAC sales strategy to reach annual and long-term revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop a geographically distributed sales organization across the APAC region.
• Build executive-level relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Drive pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and sales execution excellence.
• Lead strategic negotiations for major enterprise accounts and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance to drive regional business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive sales and commercial leadership experience, preferably in healthcare and publishing.
• Proven track record of selling to Institutional Libraries, Health Systems, and Government Institutions across APAC.
• Experience with value-based selling methodologies and sales enablement coaching.
• English: Fluency required.
• Ability to travel within the APAC region up to 50%.
