Diagnostics and Genomics Sales Specialist

Location: Seoul, South Korea; remote work from home with local travel within Korea and around 10% international travel as needed

What you will do

• Lead the Diagnostics and Genomics portfolio strategy and tactics for the Korean market.
• Achieve sales targets through direct customer interactions and collaboration with account managers, channel, and marketing teams.
• Work with Global and APAC teams to execute strategies, report metrics, and secure support and solutions.
• Contribute to annual strategic planning, budgets, forecasts, revenue assessments, and operational reviews.
• Provide customer support through seminars, training, and territory sales assistance.
• Identify market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to expand customer value.

Requirements

• Master's degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, immunology, life sciences, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of commercial experience, preferably in diagnostics, NGS, or life sciences.
• Required experience in immunodiagnostics assays or molecular diagnostics.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record within the territory or location.
• Foreign nationals must hold a legal work permit to enter an employment contract under Korean immigration law.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of chemiluminescence, next-generation sequencing, or organoids.
• English proficiency.
