Location: Must be based in South Korea with the legal right to work in the country.

What you will do

  • Manage and lead a team of account executives across a defined geographical territory.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and solutions engineering teams to ensure a unified sales approach.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Set performance goals and provide ongoing coaching to drive team success.

Requirements

  • Must have the legal right to work in South Korea without visa sponsorship.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and leading a team of 4+ major account executives.
  • 7+ years of sales experience in complex cloud or security solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data to inform strategy and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
