What you will do
- Manage and lead a team of account executives across a defined geographical territory.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and solutions engineering teams to ensure a unified sales approach.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Set performance goals and provide ongoing coaching to drive team success.
Requirements
- Must have the legal right to work in South Korea without visa sponsorship.
- 5+ years of experience managing and leading a team of 4+ major account executives.
- 7+ years of sales experience in complex cloud or security solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data to inform strategy and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
