What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for core Asset Management and Tracking capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering and UX as part of a Product Trio to discover, design, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand operational workflows and pain points.
• Translate business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making informed tradeoffs to maintain delivery velocity.
• Analyze product metrics and usage patterns to measure success and guide iterative improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on enterprise B2B SaaS or complex software products.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Proven experience owning and evolving core functionality in live, customer-facing platforms.
• Technical fluency in data models, system behavior, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience working in agile development environments with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, UX Design, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with asset tracking, telematics, IoT, or location-based products.
• Experience with mobile product development (iOS or Android).
• Familiarity with AI-powered products, generative AI tools, or AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience supporting customers in industrial, energy, construction, or equipment rental industries.
