Location: Must be based in Canada

Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 USD plus bonus

What you will do

• Act as the primary bridge between customers and internal product/engineering teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Translate customer feedback and business goals into clear, prioritized product requirements.
• Own client communications throughout the onboarding, discovery, scoping, and delivery phases.
• Create repeatable frameworks, documentation, and processes to solve recurring customer challenges.
• Analyze customer insights to identify strategic opportunities and contribute to roadmap planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, solutions, customer success, or consulting.
• 2+ years of experience in a software company, ideally within SaaS, ERP, or enterprise software.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable product specifications.
• Technical fluency sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15–20% as needed.
