What you will do

• Own the Salesforce product roadmap from discovery and prioritization through delivery and optimization.

• Manage product backlogs and sprint planning in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Drive platform adoption through change management and user enablement strategies.
• Define success metrics and KPIs to guide data-driven product decisions.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate research, documentation, and product workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with 2+ years directly managing Salesforce.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Proven experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery cycles.
• Ability to collaborate with senior developers and understand technical architecture.
• Professional experience using AI tools for productivity and analysis.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.).
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and connected enterprise systems.
• Background in fintech, lending, or mortgage technology.
