What you will do

• Define and manage the product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for AI security capabilities.
• Act as a subject matter expert on agentic AI risks and emerging attack patterns to inform product decisions.
• Partner with engineering and security teams to define requirements for securing AI agents, MCP servers, and orchestration frameworks.
• Conduct customer research with security leaders and architects to identify market needs and validate direction.
• Analyze competitive landscapes across cybersecurity, identity security, and AI security vendors.
• Represent the AI security vision through customer engagements, analyst discussions, and industry events.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 5+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity, identity security, or cloud security.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML architectures, including LLM agents, tool-calling, and RAG pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize security research, threat intelligence, and exploit chains.
• Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CEH, or OSCP.
• Hands-on experience building or operating AI agents or agentic frameworks.
• Previous experience in cybersecurity product management or security engineering.
• Experience with identity security platforms or privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks like NIST AI RMF or the EU AI Act.
