Salary: $173,000 — $237,600 CAD

What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for B2B mass management tooling and tenancy infrastructure.
• Architect schema-driven operations, including custom schemas and structured tenant metadata.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to define actionable requirements, APIs, and technical specifications.
• Conduct hands-on research and prototyping to validate identity and tenancy solutions.
• Drive the strategy for SaaS ISV discoverability and monetization on the Auth0/Okta platform.
• Build compelling business cases and financial strategies to align product direction with market demand.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Engineering Team Lead.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent Engineering Bootcamp.
• Deep understanding of identity protocols including OAuth, SAML, and SCIM.
• Proven experience developing on or working within multi-tenant SaaS applications.
• Practical experience with data analysis tools (SQL/BI).
• Ability to use modern AI tools to accelerate development workflows.

Nice to have

• Direct experience building B2B tenancy infrastructure or entitlement engines.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and agile development tools like Jira/Confluence.
• Experience with third-party licensing and entitlement tools.
