What you will do

• Identify and engage high-potential early-stage startups in AI and other emerging technology sectors through research and networking.
• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from discovery through contract signing.
• Help startup founders address global treasury management and compliance challenges.
• Build long-term relationships with early-stage clients as they expand internationally.
• Collect market insights and customer feedback to improve solutions for the startup segment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of B2B sales or account management experience.
• Experience in FinTech, SaaS, technology, or the startup ecosystem.
• Strong execution, self-drive, independence, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in technology, especially AI, and the ability to understand startup business models.
• Native-level Mandarin and professional English proficiency are required.
• Customer-centric mindset and patience to build long-term client trust.
